The Tel Aviv City Council is considering a proposal to rename the Land of Israel Museum after its former director, slain Tourism Minister Rehavam Ze’evi, according to the Israeli daily Ha’aretz. Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai, who made the proposal, said he is convinced that he’ll be able to win the necessary votes for the move, but some political observers say his optimism may be premature.
