The twenty-fifth anniversary of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem was celebrated here last night at a banquet attended by scienists, foreign diplomats and leaders of the Jewish community. British Ambassador Sir John Balfour, a cousin of Lord Balfour, was among the guests. The affair was arranged by the Argentine Friends of the Hebrew University. Israel Minister Yaacov Tsur adtressed the audience.
