The two sons of prominent Soviet Jewish scientist Benjamin Levich arrived here Tuesday for a stop-over on their way to Israel. Alexander Levich, 30, and his brother, Yevgeny, 26, and their wives fought a three-year battle for permission to emigrate. They said authorities promised their parents would be able to join them in Israel by the end of the year.
