The U.N. Security Council ended an informal session by saying it needed more information before considering any action regarding last week’s U.S. bombing raid on Sudan. Arab representatives at the United Nations are calling for a U.N. fact-finding mission to probe U.S. charges that the plant it targeted in Sudan was manufacturing chemical weapons. The representatives are not seeking a similar probe into the U.S. bombings of suspected terrorist training camps in Afghanistan.
