The U.S. Administration on Aging is awarding millions of dollars in grant money to five Jewish health and social service providers. The national demonstration projects, unveiled at a press conference in Philadelphia last Friday, will go toward “naturally occurring retirement communities,” or NORCs, in Philadelphia, St. Louis, Baltimore, Cleveland and Pittsburgh.
