Amos Yadlin is leaving his position at Israel’s Washington Embassy because he was promoted to the chief of military intelligence. Gordon England, the U.S. deputy defense secretary, spoke Tuesday night of Yadlin’s accomplishments during his 15-month tour in Washington.
