The U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv reopened after being evacuated last week amid warnings of a possible terrorist attack. Explaining the reopening, American diplomatic officials said the threat was not as credible as initially believed. An embassy spokesperson said that despite the reopening, American officials would review security procedures at the embassy.
