The U.S. Justice Department asked an immigration judge to deport a former Nazi concentration camp guard. Last Friday, the Justice and Homeland Security departments filed papers asking that John Demjanjuk be deported because he lied about his World War II activities when he applied for a U.S. immigration visa in 1952.
