The United Nations will hold a special session commemorating the 60th anniversary of the liberation of Nazi concentration camps. U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan announced Tuesday that a majority of U.N. member states had agreed to his request to hold the special session Jan. 24. Annan also called on all member states to lend their full support to the occasion, which will feature speeches about the Holocaust.
