Ezrael Nathan Frenk, sixty-one years of age; died suddenly Friday. The funeral will be held Sunday. Ezrael Nathan Frenk was a famous Jewish historian, his special field being the history of the Jews in Poland. He was a well known author, critic and translator, and contributed to Jewish letters a number of works which are considered to be highly authoritative. He was a member of the staff of “Hazefirah” and a contributor to a number of other Hebrew and Jewish periodicals. He was the oldest Jewish journalist in Poland, and was a brilliant Hebraist.
