The western section of the Women’s League for Palestine held a tea and musicale yesterday at the home of the chairman, Mrs. Louis Diamond. About fifty attended, among them Mrs. William Prince, president of the league.
The league, which has several groups throughout the city, is a pioneer in the field of refugee work and has established a home in Haifa where German-Jewish girls are housed and taught useful trades.
