Najib Nassar, editor of the Arab paper “Carmel,” in Haifa, is the third Arab editor facing a prison sentence for offensive anti-Jewish articles. Sheik Farrouky, author of a pamphlet of the Pan-Islamic Union that has been translated into English, is being closely watched by the district commissioner.
