Thirteen Jews were injured, three of them seriously, today when several hundred Arabs clashed with settlers at Kfar Masaryk and Emek Zebulun, near Haifa, over ownership of a disputed piece of land. Two Arabs were also injured. Seven of the Jews were hospitalized.
A government announcement tonight said that the trouble started when Jewish contractors began to plow a section of land claimed by both the Arabs and Jews. No arrests have been made, the statement added.
