Thirty-five Jewish youths from France arrived in Israel for high school studies as part of the expansion of a program aimed at encouraging teens to move to Israel. The Na’aleh program, run by the Jewish Agency for Israel and Israel’s Education Ministry, has focused on attracting teens from the former Soviet Union. Some 8,000 Jewish teens have participated in the program in its 10 years.
