Thousands of demonstrators took part in protests Saturday in Nazareth against the Central Election Committee’s decision last week to bar two Israeli Arab candidates from running in the upcoming election. Several hundred Peace Now supporters also demonstrated for the two candidates opposite the prime minister’s residence in Jerusalem.
