Thousands will make their way this week in bulletproof cars to a music festival in the Gaza Strip. The estimated cost of this week’s annual festival on a beach near the Israeli settlement bloc of Gush Katif is $100,000, with subsidies from the Israeli government paying part of the cost. Some top Israeli pop stars will take part in the festival.
