The 38th annual convention of Young Israel Organization of America will open here tomorrow to discuss the establishment of new branches of the organization in the United States and the erection of a series of Young Israel centers in Israel. More than 600 delegates representing 70 branches will participate in the parley which will last three days. Young Israel claims a membership of 50,000.
