Three important Soviet Jewish activists, including the longest-waiting refusnik in the USSR, have been given permission to exit for Israel, according to the Student Struggle for Soviet Jewry and Union of Councils for Soviet Jews. The three are 31-year-old Yaakov Gordon of Riga, who had been rejected constantly for 16 years, and 29-year-old Jan Monastirsky and 33-year-old Adim Sheinis of Kiev.
