Three Palestinian terrorists were killed Friday in a clash with an Israel Defense Force patrol in the southern Lebanon security zone.
The encounter occurred on the northern Har Dov slopes of Mt. Hermon, an area where the IDF has standing orders to shoot anything that moves. There were no Israeli casualties.
According to the IDF, documents found on the bodies indicated the terrorists were affiliated with Al Fatah, the military wing of the Palestine Liberation Organization led by Yasir Arafat.
The gang, an IDF officer said, “was on its way to carry out an action against Israel.”
