A three-man delegation, headed by David Horowitz, director-general of the Israel Treasurey, will tomorrow leave for London on what Mr. Horowitz described as a “confidential mission.”
Well informed sources here, as well as the Hebrew press, today said that the delegation will begin very important discussions with British authorities and British oil companies. The other two members of the delegation are described as a fuel expert attached to the Customs Department and a fuel expert attached to the Finance Ministry.
