Three new Orthodox rabbis have been ordained here following their graduation from the Yeshiva Machane Israel. The yeshiva is directed by Rabbi Chaim Benyamini and located in the hills of Petropolis, near Rio De Janeiro. The three new rabbis, all born in San Paulo, are; Nissim Katri, Yechiel Yosef Zayontz, and Skamal Ende, all between the ages of 20 and 21. This brings to five the total of rabbis which have graduated from the Yeshiva Machane Israel. (By David Marcus)
