Three Israeli soldiers were injured this morning when their vehicle hit a mine near Kissufim, a settlement on the former Gaza Strip line. Israeli authorities warned West Bank Arab leaders today to see to it that no aid was rendered terrorists operating in the West Bank area. The warning was issued as evidence mounted that the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine was planning to step up its terrorist activities this spring. The evidence came from several sources, notably from terrorists arrested during the past week at Lydda Airport, Nazareth and Acre who admitted membership in the PFLP.
