Three teen-agers are accused of throwing a Molotov cocktail at the home of a California judge in what police are describing as an anti-Semitic attack. The three, who were charged with terrorism, arson and committing a hate crime, thought Judge Jack Komar is Jewish, although he is Catholic, police said. In a second anti-Semitic incident Monday in California, swastikas were scrawled on the walls of a Jewish day care center in San Francisco.
