The body of Samuel Tichner, necktie manufacturer, insurance broker and a moving spirit in Jewish charity organizations, lay in state yesterday at Riverside Memorial Chapel, Seventy-sixth street and Amsterdam avenue.
Mr. Tichner died Monday night at his home, 601 West 149th street. He was sixty-seven years old.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow morning in Temple B’nai Jeshurun, 257 West Eighty-eighth street, with Rabbi Israel Goldstein officiating, assisted by Rabbi Samuel Greenfield of Isaiah Temple. Burial will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery.
