President Tito of Yugoslavia considers himself “obliged to visit Israel,” he told a Histadrut official attending a Congress of Yugoslav Workers Councils, A. Gilat, who reported the Yugoslav leader’s statement today on his return to Israel. The Government of Israel invited Tito to visit Israel three years ago, prior to his Egyptian and Far East tour. The invitation has never been answered.
