President Tito of Yugoslavia may give West German Chancellor Willy Brandt a personal and private letter to take to Israeli Premier Golda Meir when he visits Israel soon, sources close to Brandt said here. The sources said the Middle East conflict was a major topic in the two days of private discussions last week Brandt was having with Tito on the President’s private Adriatic Island. Tito, who has been proposed as a candidate for this year’s Nobel Peace Prize, met Egyptian President Anwar Sadat in Yugoslavia in Jan. and promised him full support in finding a solution to the Mideast crisis. The sources would not speculate on the contents of Tito’s letter to Mrs. Meir.
