Professor James Franck, Nohel prize winner in Physics in 1925, who resigned from his chair in science at the University of Goettingen last spring in protest against Nazi anti-Jewish repressions, will be guest of honor at a testimonial dinner tendered by the Menorah Association at the Hotel Gotham Tuesday evening, Dec. 5. Chancellor Henry Hurwitz is in charge of the arrangements.
