Sunday, June 23, will be the anniversary of the death of Walter Rathenau, German Jewish statesman and Minister of Foreign Affairs, who was murdered by anti-Semites.
The day will be marked by the unveiling of a memorial tablet at the Gruenwald tree which still has the mark of the bullet which slew Rathenau. Public organization plan appropriate exercises and demonstrations on the occasion.
