Estelle M. Sternberger of New York has been appointed by the National Council of Women of the United States to represent that body at the Quinquennial Convention of the International Council of Women, which opens in Stockholm, Sweden, on June 25.
Mrs. Sternberger will lecture in Europe on social, industrial, and political aspects of the United States before attending the opening of the International Congress of Women in Chicago on July 16.
