Dr. Herman Frank, writer on social trends for the Jewish Daily Bulletin, will be one of the three “judges” when the Good Will Court, founded by Municipal Court Justice Nathan Sweedler in 1927, convenes tonight at 26 Johnson street, Brooklyn.

The court settles disputes of every kind without technicalities, delays or lawsuits. Since its organization, more than 10,000 controversies have been satisfactorily adjusted. Miss Margaret Mangan, lawyer, and Frederick E. Haskins Jr., business man, will be the other “judges” tonight.
