The first benefit ever to be held in behalf of Jewish physicians was announced today by the Jewish Community of Berlin. It will be the comic opera, “Doctors and Druggists,” to be presented by the Jewish Culture Union on Nov. 17.
Physicians, before the advent of the Nazi regime, had been rated one of the most prosperous elements of the Jewish community.
