A.H. Feller, top United Nations official and assistant to Secretary-General Trygve Lie, arrived here today on a special U.N. plane from Athens. He will proceed to Tel Aviv tomorrow to confer with Foreign Minister Moshe Sharett before leaving for Turkey. He will return to Israel with Mr. Lie next week.
