Louis Rasminsky, a graduate of the University of Toronto, has been appointed a member of the Economic Section of the secretariat of the League of Nations. The post was awarded to Mr. Rasminsky, who is 22 years of age, as a result of his attaining first place in a competitive examination in which 300 candidates from all parts of the world participated.
A recipient of numerous scholarships while in the university, Rasminsky, upon graduating, was awarded a fellowship at the London School of Economics where he is studying at present. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. A. D. Rasminsky of this city.
