A protest against restriction of immigration into Palestine and against the ban there on picketing of establishments which employ Arabs in preference to Jews will be made tomorrow evening at a Town Hall mass meeting called by New York Zionists.
The meeting is intended as an expression of sympathy with the Palestine National Council’s action in calling a general strike throughout the Holy Land for tomorrow in protest against the recent immigration rulings of the high commissioner, Sir Arthur Grenfell Wauchope, and against the arrest in Kfar Saba of Jewish laborers who were picketing employers of Arabs.
Speakers at the meeting will represent the local Zionist Socialist movement, the general Zionists and various labor organizations.
