The Tenth Conference of the Polish Zionist Federation will be opened on December 6th. at Bialystock, it is announced here. This year, it is pointed out, marks the 50th. anniversary of the formation of the Hovevei Zion Organisation, which was founded in Bialystock, and for this reason, the Central Committee of the Polish Zionist Federation has decided to accept the invitation of the Bialystock Zionist Organisation to have the Conference held there this year.
