The prime minister’s adviser on counterterrorism, Yigal Pressler, has issued a warning to Israelis traveling abroad to be alert for possible attacks against Israeli and Jewish targets.
Israel Television reported that travelers going abroad during the upcoming holiday season were being advised to follow special guidelines for behavior, which were being distributed at airports around the country.
In New York, the World Jewish Congress responded to the warning by distributing an advisory to its members around the world.
