Yehezkel Cohen, one of the third group of defendants on trial in Haifa for membership in a Syrian-directed Arab-Jewish spy ring, changed his plea from not guilty to guilty today. His Jewish co-defendant, David Kupfer and two of the Arab defendants pleaded guilty yesterday after the court dropped the major charge against them–aiding the enemy in its war on Israel. The four remaining defendants, all Arabs, are standing by their not guilty pleas.
