The trial of a group of Jews here charged with seizing a yacht last May and using it to smuggle Israel-bound arms and ammunition out of the country by way of Mexico was again postponed to October 25. A federal grand jury indictment charges the men with conspiracy and exporting arms without a State Department permit.
(In New York, Lloyd Rosenblum, an export-import man, who is charged with conspiracy to ship arms and ammunition to Palestine last year, was held yesterday in $5,000 bail for a hearing in Oct. 18 in Federal Court. He is one of seven persons indicted on the charge of chartering a yacht to transport munitions from California to Mexico for trans-shipment to Israel.)
