A memorial meeting was held here today for Oskar Wassermann, German Jewish banker and philanthropist, who died on Saturday in Bavaria, in the offices of the Jewish Agency for Palestine. Eliezer Kaplan and Dr. Werner Senator, members of the Agency, paid tributes to the dead Jewish leader.
Herr Wassermann was instrumental in the formation of the Jewish Agency.
