Governor Herbert H. Lehman is expected to be one of the speakers Sunday night at the anniversary banquet celebrating the sixty-fifth birthday of Congregation B’rith Sholom, of which Jacob K. Shankman is rabbi. The celebration of the anniversary opens Friday night and will be continued through next Monday when an interdenominational mass meeting is to be held.
