Two days of fiery speeches before the U.N. Security Council, most of them critical of Israel, ended with no action taken against the Jewish state. The Palestinians are now expected to try to drum up support among their allies in the Third World, an Israeli diplomatic source said, in hopes of returning to the Security Council with a resolution calling for an international peacekeeping force for the territories.
