The President’s Committee on Fair Employment Practice yesterday heard representatives of the Carl L. Norden Co. of New York and the Titeflex Metal Hose Co. of Newark, argue for a reversal of the committee’s earlier finding that they had discriminated against Jews. The committee took the pleas under advisement, and Executive Secretary Lawrence W. Cramer said its decision would be rendered soon.
