The trial of two French wartime collaborators charged with the murder of Andre Moch, son of Jules Moch, France’s Minister of Defense, who is a Jew, opened here during the week-end.

The defendants, members of the Fascist Militia, are said to have shot Moch through the head after wounding him in a pitched battle at Grenoble between unite of the Militia and the French Maquis. Moch commanded the local Maquis. The defendants are also charged with committing atrocities against Jews and non-Jews during the Nazi occupation.
