Two Jewish groups are seeking proposals for boosting Jewish life in Europe. A call for proposals went out Wednesday from the European Council of Jewish Communities and the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, which are co-hosting the Third General Assembly of European Jewry in Budapest in May.
