Two Jewish institutions and the studio of a prominent Jewish artist were damaged in Wednesday’s earthquake in Seattle. Temple DeHirsch Sinai, a Reform congregation, and the Hebrew Academy, an Orthodox day school, closed their buildings today to assess damages, according to the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle.
