Two Jewish leaders were named to the official U.S. delegation for a conference of European human rights. Mark Levin, the executive director of the NCSJ: Advocates on Behalf of Jews in Russia, Ukraine, the Baltic States & Eurasia, and the Anti-Defamation League’s Fred Lawrence were named public members of the U.S. delegation to the OSCE conference, scheduled for Oct. 4-15 in Warsaw.
