Nasser Awis, head of the Tanzim militia in Nablus, was charged in a Tel Aviv court with the murder of 13 Israelis. In Haifa, charges were brought against an Islamic Jihad member from Jenin, Thabet Mardawi, suspected of involvement in terror attacks that killed 21 Israelis and wounded hundreds.
