Two survivors sued the commission charged with resolving Holocaust-era insurance claims for allegedly making it harder to receive payments. The lawsuit, filed Thursday in Los Angeles, alleges that the International Commission on Holocaust Era Insurance Claims, or ICHEIC, has sided with insurers and made it more difficult for survivors to receive fair payment on decades-old insurance policies.
