The United Jewish Appeal’s eighty-man overseas study mission arrived here today to begin the Israel section of its tour. The group, composed of American Jewish communal leaders, immediately started discussions with the Jewish Agency. The discussions will be devoted to the problems of immigration and settlement. The group is headed by William Rosenwald, general chairman of the UJA.
