Members of the United Nations Palestine Conciliation Commission–comprising representatives of the United States, France and Turkey–arrived here today from Lebanon to resume their efforts for renewal of Arab-Israel peace negotiations.

Three Israel soldiers who had been held prisoners-of-war in Jordan since May were brought today to Mandelbaum’s Gate here and turned over to authorities of the Jewish state by Arab Legionnaires. It was believed here that establishment of mixed Israel-Jordan border patrols is one step nearer as a result of the Jordanians’ action.
